Mahadev Spinning Mills Private Limited is based in West Bengal, Eastern India. It
is part of the group
company N.M. Exports (A Unit of Roses and Angels Private Limited), a vertically integrated textile
enterprise with 30+ years of experience in the textile industry, having in-house knitting, dyeing,
embroidery, printing including digital printing, and modern garment manufacturing facilities. We are
proud to be among the very few units in India to complete the entire chain of fibre to fashion.
With a capacity of 33000 spindles enclosed in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, our unit is
located in the West Bengal Hosiery Park in Howrah, West Bengal, India. Our spinning unit is the largest and
first completely modernised spinning establishment in Eastern India.

The core philosophy at Mahadev Spinning Mills is to be focused on producing high-quality yarns for the textile industry. Using clean and long staple fibres, our spin plan is designed to optimise yarn quality by way of having a low imperfection index, high CSP and a twist which ensures that the final fabric is stronger, softer, clean and shiny.
Our premium yarns form the backbone of fabrics that fuel the world’s fashion. While we supply directly to fabric and garment manufacturers, the fabrics produced from our yarns go on to power the collections of some of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses and global brands.
